San Onofre School Celebrates the Class of 2026 at 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony

San Onofre School proudly celebrated its 8th grade students as they closed the 2025-2026 school year and prepared to begin their next chapter in high school.

Families, staff, and district leaders gathered to recognize the hard work, growth, and achievements of the Class of 2026. Principal Joe Kniseley congratulated students on this important milestone and encouraged them to carry forward the lessons, friendships, and memories they built at San Onofre.

The celebration followed an outstanding academic year for San Onofre School, which earned several recognitions for student success, including the Acorn Award highlight, 2025 Leader in Me Lighthouse Academic Honor Roll recognition, and Honor Roll distinction through Educational Results Partnership. These accomplishments were reflected in the many students recognized for honors and high academic achievement during the ceremony.

FUESD Superintendent Monika Hazel joined the San Onofre community in celebrating the promoting class and congratulating students, families, and staff for their dedication and success.

San Onofre School and the entire Fallbrook Union Elementary School District proudly congratulate the Class of 2026 and wish them a bright future in high school and a fun, safe, and relaxing summer break.
